Privacy Policy

MeetAgent provides meeting planning, calendar viewing, transcript generation, and reporting services. This policy explains how personal data and user data received through Google APIs are collected, used, protected, retained, and deleted.

Data we collect

• Name, email address, and basic profile information
• Google Calendar event title, start and end time, description, and online meeting link
• Meeting transcripts, reports, and service usage records

How Google data is used

Google Calendar data is used only to display meetings in the MeetAgent calendar, detect meeting links, and plan workflows selected by the user. MeetAgent does not create, modify, or delete Google Calendar events. Google data is not used for advertising, user profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the MeetAgent service.

Protection of sensitive data and security measures

MeetAgent applies technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data and sensitive user data received through Google APIs against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, and misuse.

• Encryption in transit: Data transmitted between the user and MeetAgent is protected using HTTPS/TLS.
• Authentication and access control: Access to user data is limited to authenticated users and authorized service components that require access to provide the service.
• Least privilege: MeetAgent requests only the Google OAuth permissions and data needed for its user-facing features.
• Server-side credential protection: Service keys and application credentials are not exposed in the user interface and are managed on the server side.
• Restricted use: Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertisers.
• Limited service-provider access: Service providers such as Supabase, Recall.ai, and OpenAI process data only to the extent needed to operate MeetAgent.
• Revocation and deletion: Users may revoke MeetAgent's access from their Google Account and may request deletion of their account and associated data.

Data sharing

Personal data is not sold or shared with advertisers. Data may be shared only with service providers that are necessary to operate MeetAgent and only to the extent required to provide the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid request from an authorized public authority.

Data retention, deletion, and revoking access

Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide MeetAgent services and meet applicable legal obligations. Users may revoke MeetAgent's access through the third-party access settings in their Google Account. Requests to delete an account and associated data may be sent to onurdoganmail@gmail.com.

Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

MeetAgent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the MeetAgent features explicitly requested by the user.
