Privacy Policy

MeetAgent provides meeting planning, calendar viewing, transcript and report generation services.

Data we collect

• Name, email address and basic profile information
• Google Calendar event title, start and end time, description and online meeting link
• Meeting transcripts, reports and usage records

How Google data is used

Google Calendar data is used only to display meetings in the MeetAgent calendar, detect meeting links and plan workflows selected by the user. MeetAgent does not create, modify or delete Google Calendar events.

Data sharing

Personal data is not sold for advertising or shared with advertisers. Service providers such as Supabase, Recall.ai and OpenAI may be used only as needed to operate the service.

Retention, deletion and revoking access

Kullanıcı Google hesabındaki üçüncü taraf erişim ayarlarından izni kaldırabilir. Hesap ve veri silme talepleri için onurdoganmail@gmail.com adresine yazılabilir.

Google API Limited Use

MeetAgent'ın Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanımı ve aktarımı, Limited Use gereklilikleri dahil Google API Services User Data Policy'ye uygundur.
