Product and meeting workflow
Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams are supported. All three platforms use the same MeetAgent minute balance.
Yes. Choose a date and time from the calendar and create an upcoming meeting with the link, title and password when needed.
A speaker-based transcript, meeting summary, decisions, action items and participation information can be prepared. Reports and transcripts are available in HTML, DOCX and PDF formats.
Free trial and pricing
The free trial is one-time and covers the first 30 minutes of one meeting. No credit card is required.
The Standard plan includes 1,000 MeetAgent minutes renewed every month. This equals 16 hours and 40 minutes.
Yes. The minute balance is shared across Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams; no separate plan is needed by platform.
Only the actual processed meeting duration is deducted. Each meeting may be rounded up to the next full minute.
The Standard plan supports one active meeting bot at a time.
